MIKE ZEZZA | Chief Executive Officer

Mike Zezza is the co-founder and CEO of NETSEA Technologies, a professional services company specializing in systems engineering, technical solutions, and program management for government and military applications. Since founding the company in 2010, he has led its expansion, establishing NETSEA as a trusted partner delivering mission-critical solutions with precision and excellence.

With over 20 years of experience supporting federal defense, intelligence, and homeland security programs, Mike has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in government acquisition, engineering design, and large-scale program execution. Under his leadership, NETSEA has secured major contract vehicles, supporting critical initiatives in C5ISR Network Architecture Development, software modernization, platform and field integration.

Mike plays an active role in shaping NETSEA’s strategic direction, fostering partnerships across government agencies, prime contractors, and industry leaders. His expertise in business development, contract execution, and technical innovation ensures NETSEA remains agile in an evolving landscape, delivering solutions that drive operational success.

He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Plattsburgh State University and is widely recognized for his ability to align cutting-edge technology with mission objectives, positioning NETSEA Technologies as a leader in the federal services sector.

PETE SCHNABEL | Chief Financial Officer

Pete Schnabel has over 27 years of experience in Systems Engineering, including 21 years working within the Department of Defense Acquisition community. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Polytechnic University, now the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Throughout his engineering career, Mr. Schnabel has primarily focused on executing Rapid Prototyping within the Army R&D sector and supporting several C5ISR Program of Record (PoR) systems. His extensive PoR experience spans all aspects of the DoD Life Cycle Management process and has consistently delivered critical value in areas such as requirements generation, system and technical architecture development, network and communications engineering, integrated test support, and systems fielding. This expertise has been applied to a wide range of Army efforts, including ACAT 1 programs and larger system-of-systems/capability sets.

JIM MARSH | Chief Operating Officer

Jim Marsh has over 23 years of Systems Engineering experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). He started his professional career as a police officer and after 6.5 years, his career came to an end due to an injury. Following his retirement from the police force, Jim began supporting the United States Army at Fort Monmouth, NJ. While working and raising his family with his wife, Meredith, Jim returned to school. He graduated from American Sentinel University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems with a Minor in Business. While working as a support contractor at Fort Monmouth, Jim supported CCDC Space & Terrestrial Communications Directorate (S&TCD) on Rapid Prototyping and Fielding of C5ISR systems. In 2008, Jim moved into the industry side of the DoD where he worked primarily on Internal Research & Development (IR&D) projects bringing new technologies to all branches of the military. In 2013, he transitioned back to a support contractor role at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. He worked to support the US Army with a role as a Chief Engineer bringing a Program of Record (PoR) through all Life Cycles of the Program. He is currently a Managing Member of NETSEA Technologies serving in the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Jim’s passion resides in supporting all branches of the military, while providing soldiers with the technology needed to be safe and successful.

KEVIN BROWER | Director

Kevin Brower is a retired United States Army Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, where he served as a Fire Support Specialist and held leadership roles across various levels, from Platoon to echelons above Corps. After his distinguished military career, Kevin transitioned into the private sector, where he continues to excel professionally in a variety of technical and leadership positions. He has served as a Senior Test Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer, and Lead Systems Integration and Applications Engineer, gaining extensive experience in these critical areas.

Currently Kevin is the Director of NetSEA Technologies Business Development where he has the pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning the company for success in competitive markets. His strategic vision and ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities allows NetSEA Technologies to expand their reach, secure new contracts, and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security, an Undergraduate Certification in Computer Systems and Networks, and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity. Additionally, he is PMP certified. With a combination of technical expertise, strong leadership, management skills, and initiative, Kevin is a highly valuable asset to any team.

JOHN ANGLIN | Chief Technology Officer

John Anglin is a seasoned leader in the Army tactical communications space with over two decades of experience as a civilian and Soldier, specializing in system-of-systems modernization, engineering, and interoperability of the Army’s tactical network. As Chief Engineer and Technical Management Division Chief for PM Tactical Network, he oversaw engineers across multiple disciplines, driving advancements in SATCOM, network engineering, and cyber capabilities. John has led Major Defense Acquisition Programs (ACAT I-IV) and rapid prototyping efforts, providing expert guidance on critical Army initiatives.

Currently John is the Chief Technology Officer for NetSEA Technologies and as a Bronze Star Medal recipient and Distinguished Honor Graduate of Fort Gordon Signal School, he holds a B.S. in Information Technology Concentration in Security from Colorado Technical University and a M.S. in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and also Level III Acquisition DAWIA certification in Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering.

CORY BLOMMERS | Solution Architect

Cory Blommers brings 32 years of established Army Tactical Networking experience to his role at NETSEA Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and previously earned certifications as a Cisco Certified Network Professional in Routing and Switching (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Cisco Certified Network Associate in Security (CCNA), and Palo Alto’s Accredited Configuration Engineer (ACE). Cory specializes in designing and implementing innovative solutions for tactical networks and integrated systems, with expertise in systems architecture, network integration, and enhancing advanced operational capabilities for modern defense environments. His contributions have significantly advanced the Integrated Tactical Network, Transformation in Contact, and Strategic Army initiatives. At NETSEA, Cory plays a key role in driving the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions that empower today’s warfighters.
