NetSEA Technologieshas performed as a subcontractor on the following contract vehicles:

Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3)

A Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Performance Based Services Contract that provides customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world. RS3 has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period (five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period). RS3 primary service areas include but are not limited to Engineering; Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E); Logistics; Acquisition and Strategic Planning; Education and Training Services.RS3 enabled the consolidation and replacement of other major Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to include: Rapid Response 2nd Generation (R2-3G), Strategic Services Sourcing (S3), Technical, Administrative and Operations Support Services (TAOSS), Technical Information Engineering Services (TIES) and parts of Warrior Enabling Broad Sensors (WEBS).

GSA Alliant Small Business (SB)

The General Services Administration’s (GSA) premier IT services contract includes a broad array of infrastructure, application, and IT management services. The contract provides integrated services and solutions with the ability to support regional and global IT requirements. This MAC/IDIQ is open for use by all Federal departments and agencies. The total ceiling value for the contract is $50 billion with a period of performance that expired in 2019.

GSA Professional Services Schedule (PSS)

The General Services Administration (GSA) Professional Services Schedule (PSS) / MOBIS Contract provide government agencies rapid, integrated consulting and business consulting program support services. The GSA Professional Services Schedule (PSS) contract is a Government Wide Acquisition Vehicle (GWAC), providing direct government procurement access to a range of integrated consulting, data, analytics, and business program support services to Federal Civilian, Health and National Security customers.

GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) contract is a family of multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. The OASIS SB contracts span 28 NAICS codes and six exceptions across seven individual award pools. The core disciplines of OASIS SB include program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services, and financial services. OASIS SB is designed to provide customers with maximum flexibility in contracting. The contract allows for task orders using any contract type and allows customers to include both labor and material/ODC items on the same task order.

Rapid Response Third Generation (R2-3G)

The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command’s (CECOM LCMC) RapidResponse Third Generation (R2-3G) Program offers one of the most dynamic and flexible contracting vehicles to the Federal Government. It allows for a streamlined task order process, enabling agencies to rapidly obtain IT and engineering services in support of urgent requirements. The total ceiling value for the contract is $16.4 billion with a period of performance that expired in 2015.

Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 2 Services (ITES-2S)

The Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-2 Services (ITE S-2S) contract is the procurement cornerstone for Army IT systems. The contract provides IT services and solutions to all military services, DoD agencies, and other Federal agencies. The total ceiling value for the contract is $20 billion with a period of performance that expired in 2015.NetSEA was awarded subcontracts as key personnel on: • Rapid Prototyping & Technology Insertion Support Services and Supplies (RPTIS) • Modeling and Simulation (M&S), Analysis, Engineering, Networking and Experimentation Support (MAGNES)

Systems and Software Engineering Services NexGen (SSES NexGen)

SSES NexGen provides support for the full life cycle of Software Engineering Center (SEC) projects. Includes software and systems engineering and technical services to enable the SEC to continue to provide essential support for assigned C4ISR Systems (weapons, logistics, and business systems), associated programming support environments, and other software technology initiatives.
