Mike Zezza | Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Zezza has over 20 years of experience working in the Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition community located out of Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland which was formerly based out of Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. Mike’s educational background includes a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science from Plattsburgh State University. The majority of his engineering career has involved the execution of Rapid Prototyping and Fielding of Enterprise level C5ISR Command and Control Systems. He has extensive experience in Program of Record (PoR) acquisition life cycle management, Science & Technology (S&T), Capability Set(CS) design & integration as well as variety of cross functional engineering disciplines. He personally has supported large scale U.S Army global programs through major acquisition milestone decisions across various Program Executive Offices stakeholders, Integrated Product Team (IPTs), Configuration Control Boards (CCB’s) and Military led Cross Functional Team (CFTs). Mike brings forward a high level of proven competence, leadership, versatility and initiative in accelerating the future design of many platforms fielded to the Army’s Active Components, National Guard and Coalition Forces partners.

Pete Schnabel | Chief Financial Officer

Pete Schnabel has over 27 years of Systems Engineering experience including 21 years working in the Department of Defense Acquisition community. Pete’s educational background includes a Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and Masters of Science in Computer Science from Polytechnic University, now the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. The majority of his engineering career has involved the execution of Rapid Prototyping within the Army R&D sector and supporting several C5ISR Program of Record (PoR) Systems. His proven PoR experience has delivered across all aspects of the DoD Life Cycle Management process and repeatedly brought critical value in the areas of Requirements generation, System & Technical Architecture development, Network & Communications engineering, Integrated Test support, and Systems Fielding. That experience was applied over a wide variety of Army efforts to include ACAT 1 programs and larger System of Systems/Capability Sets.

Kevin Brower | Director

Kevin Brower is a retired United States Army Senior Non commissioned Officer where he served as a Fire Support Specialist and held positions from Platoon level to echelons above Corps. Upon completion of his military service, he continued his professional growth by taking on a series of challenging positions. These positions have included Senior Test Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer as well as a Lead Systems Integration and Applications Engineer. In addition to his technical work, Kevin has been a successful Program Manager where he has led two large programs through major milestones which resulted in significant gains and longevity for the programs. Kevin’s educational background includes a Bachelors of Science in Homeland Security, an Undergraduate Certification in Computer Systems and Networks as well as a Masters of Science in Cyber Security. He brings a high level of leadership, competence, and initiative to any team he is on. Currently, Kevin is the Director for NetSEA Technologies.

Jim Marsh | Chief Operations Officer

Jim Marsh has been working as a Systems Engineer for the last 20 years. He started his professional career as a police officer. After 6.5 years, his career came to an end due to an injury. Following his retirement from the police force, Jim began working in the Department of Defense (DoD) industry. While working and raising his family with his wife, Meredith, Jim returned to school. He graduated from American Sentinel University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems with a Minor in Business. Jim started his DoD career working as a support contractor at Fort Monmouth in New Jersey. Here he supported CCDC Space & Terrestrial Communications Directorate (S&TCD) on Rapid Prototyping and Fielding of C5ISR systems. In 2008, Jim moved into the industry side of the DoD where he worked primarily on Internal Research & Development (IR&D) projects bringing new technologies to all branches of the military. In 2013, he transitioned back to a support contractor role at Aberdeen Proving Ground. He worked to support the US Army with a role as a Chief Engineer bringing a Program of Record (PoR) through all Life Cycles of the Program. He is currently a Managing Member of NetSEA Technologies serving in the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Jim’s passion resides in supporting all branches of the military, while providing soldiers with the technology needed to be safe and successful.
